The seminar offers an in-depth analysis of how gender interacts with knowledge production. It is organized around four themes: Intersectionality, Sites, Language, and Images. The course explores ways in which gender has historically influenced the development of scientific ideas. It also explores how images and metaphors have shaped research in several scientific fields.
